General guidelines for sending documents:
- Make sure name, address, e-mail and phone # are on all documents.
- Faxing: Please follow up with an email, confirming your transmission of information.
- Do not send architect plans over the fax. They shrink during transmission and are hard to read. We prefer plans to be mailed.
- If you are sending your own hand sketches, you can fax, e-mail or mail the information.
- Scan or mail pictures from magazines or photographs.
